Since 2015, she has been organizing the advanced training series ”Rendezvous with BMC“ at the Fabrik Potsdam with Ulrike Dillo, BMC trainer and physiotherapist.

This summer, she offers two basic themes: in her workshop ”In the flow, with calm and energy“ you can explore the reflexes as basic elements for movement. The second course’s motto is ”Inner dance, inner listening”. In this workshop, you will explore your organs as inner volume and support for the outer structure.

In the flow, with calm and energy
In this workshop, we will explore the reflexes as basic elements for movement. The connectivity with space, gravity and the self will be brought into balance with the reflexes. They support inner calm and vitality in life, joy and expression in dance, and make held back energy and emotions come back into the flow.

Inner dance, inner listening
In this workshop, we will explore our organs as inner volume and support for the outer structure. In the context of different emotions, exploring and moving the organs allows the release and expression of various experiences. When there is movement in this volume, self-perception, power and composure will result from it, and when dancing, a soothing feeling of abundance and the impression of a very clear presence will surge. How can we support the function of our organs through movement and self-touch, and thus also enhance our well-being, our health and vitality?
